mp3 connection??

mp3 connection??
hey guys i have a 2002 ml320 with factory head unit , i was just wondering if theres a way i can hook up an mp3 to it but i dont have an aux and my cd changer keep saying "magazine empty" and i dont want to spend more money to to get a new one from the dealer.
