Another Brake Problem - New Issue?
noticed the other day when I accelerate some type of hissing/hushing sound comes out of the driver side. Couldn't figure it out. I was not having lack of power, still did it if I turned off the A/C, and it didn't seem to be the power steering....
Until today, i figure it out! It seems as though,
1. when I turn on the car the hissing sound last for 5 secs and then nothing.
2. Accelerate from 0 to 40 ish and then nothing
4. Turn off the car, the hissing last for about 5 secs and then nothing.
5. New discovery, when I pump the brakes the same sound occurs from the same area! Finally, I know where its coming from.
There are no "check engine" lights or "brake warning" lights stating a problem.
The brakes seem to be normal, but, a little soft. But, I might be over thinking it, as I think its the braking system.
Any thoughts guys??????
