Water in footwell

Hi all

i have a 02 reg Ml 270 and i recently noticed the carpet and mat in driver side footwell are wet. havent explored it much but can anyone suggest where it might be coming from. from some of the other posts it suggests mostly coming from the sunroof but my model does not have a sunroof. also noticed my central locking is clicking open and closed everytime i take off from stop position. afraid it might be connected. any suggestion appreciated, thanks.

one of your sunroof drains are cloged/ one of the sliders for the sunroof is cracked.

but dont have a sunroof. had a look yesterday and water appears to be only below the pedals, could it be coming in around the door seals
