My Brake Lights are ALWAYS on
I have already taken this to the dealership once, any ideas? My brake lights come on the minute I start the car. Now my indicator lights come on if I have my foot on the brake pedal AND it beeps at me. The parking brake is not set (I am blonde so I double checked). Any ideas? I saw some info about the switch on the break pedal or is it more likely computer as it had quit for 3 months since we had it fixed. Fuse maybe? Help!

To the dealership and they did not fix it????
What sort of a dealership?? The first thing I would have a look at is the brake light switch. Common problem and inexpensive fix. Also with the beeping could be an unrelated issue. Try applying the parking brake firmly and then popping it off. May stop it. Meantime find a new dealership!
