If a buy the Nav drive and the Roof antenna will I have to run wires back to the roof or just plug the antenna to pre-existing wires under the black cap? Is there also a gps wire already attached to the MCS or will it have to be purchased?

 

Get a new unit that comes with the antenna...done and done.

Your MCS should have the Nav portion with the addition of the drive.
