Driver side door could not lock

Hi,
My car is ML320 2001. the front door of driver side could not lock by using remote or SW near by the automatice shift gear. Pleae help/ show me how to fix it.
When I use the remote control..it only can control the door from passanger side and back ....it is only 3 doors are working with that.
The front door of driver could not use control / lock that door. I have to use the key for entrance and lock it.

Please please help me

Thanks. it it a big job to replaces?

Is it OK to drive like that and do manuanly lock anh Unlock the door?

No not a big job, maybe an hour at a dealership or half a day for a DIYer without the correct tools and knowledge and depending on what else you break. Part is not expensive. Yes you can drive it as it is BUT if you keep not fixing stuff you will have not much left soon but a pile of junk.
