Crank - Die - No start
Hey guys, this topic has been covered many times, but I would like to see if anyone encountered the same problem so I could'a pinpoint the problem.
2000 ML430 V8
1)Cranks and start for 1 second and dies off and shut down.
I've heard Crankshalf position sensor. But my car have sat for 2 days with a cold engine and problem persist.
I can eliminate the battery cause it's 1 year new.
2) Some said it's the transponder coil. I'd trouble with the speed bumps in this plaza many times and I've started to think that it show how shake loose the transponder coil.
3) the dash displayed "start error" , could it be some wires eaten by rats ? I've recently moved and started to think there's wild animals living close to my vehicles that's parked outside.
So, what do you think ? CPS / Transponder / wires ?

Could be any of those. Why not have it correctly diagnosed by someone with the correct equipment (STAR SYSTEM). Anyone on this or other forums will be just guessing like you.
