blower motor - battery drain

blower motor - battery drain
my battery has been draining when sitting more than a couple of days. using a test light and pulling fuses I located the drain to a fuse on the passenger side (F4) which says 'front blower motor'. is this the main blower motor for the heat/AC inside the car???
the motor and the fan are about $130 (not too bad), but wondering is it accessible from inside the car (passenger side) or I have to take half of the dash apart?
