Wind Noise from Sunroof??
I've noticed that last few time while driving my 1999 ML430 that I have a good bit of wind noise coming from the sunroof. If I close the blind door, it reduces the noise, but not completely. When you have the blind door open, it is very noise, almost as if it were cracked open.
I would think there is some kind of weather stripping to replace for this solution, but any help correcting this is very much appreciated!

W210's of the same era have a sunroof noise issue when the sunroof is all the way open. Kind of a buffeting wind sound from about 25mph to 40mph.
Supposedly to correct it, MB changed the switch to stop at about halfway open. That does work pretty well so you might try only opening your sunroof half way to see if that helps. Not an ideal solution to be sure.

I'm sorry... Let me clarify my issue a bit more.
The wind noise I am getting is when the sunroof is closed, not open. I am aware of the wind sound you're referring to, but this issue is just wind noise while the sunroof window is closed.
