That is very good !
I got the inspiration package p37 / w cd changer only for 41.5K out of the door. A week later my wife got the inspiration metalic blue p38 package /w bose cd changer sound system for 43k out of the door. So your price is not bad ! Mine is the worse so far

If you go to MBUSA.com, you will find out clearly about the inspiration packages option. P37 package only have M1, P38 have M1 & M2 . I think you can cut down minimum 5k from the sticker price if you think you are good & strong at bargain. Remember the dealer don't want you to walk out the door after they already spent 2/3 hours !

2007 ML350
I used www.edmunds.com and www.carsdirect.com to see what the invoice prices are and then try to bargain a fair price.

I just leased a 2003 ML350 with P38 Inspiration package, metallic paint, Bose w/CD changer, and heated seats. Sticker price was $44,735. Invoice as listed on the above websites was$41, 900. I decided to meet the dealer halfway.

I usually try to get $500 above invoice but since MB is a luxo car dealer with higher overhead, I figured that halfway between MSRP and invoice was fair. The lease payments were based on a selling price of $43,235 and APR of 4.2%.

If you do your research, you can get a good deal and still be fair to the dealer. Remember, dealerships are also there to make money.
