Question Is this lease offer on a 2011 ML350 good?

Hi all,

I'm writing to share a lease deal I was offered by EuroMotorcars Germantown. Would you please let me know if you think it looks good?

Vehicle: 2011 ML350
MSRP: $61,160 (includes $875 for destination and delivery)
Selling price: $57,160 (click to view PDF of vehicle build quote)
Money factor: .0009
Term: 36 month lease
Miles: 12000 per year
My credit score: 780
Down payment: $0 (for purposes of this estimate)
Monthly payment: $849

Thanks!
Rachel

My lease on my 2010 ML550 that had a MSRP substancialy more than yours produced a payment that was quite a bit less than yours only difference was a bit less mileage allowance. My lease inception was a bit more than a year ago with no down payment and it is a 48 mo lease.

Hi Sosh. Thanks for your reply! Do you think that the lease term difference (36mo vs. 48mo) could account for the price difference? I understand that adding a year to the lease can bring the payment down significantly.
