MB garage in SF area
Went in for B service and was told I will be needing brake pad replacements for front and rears soon (@23K) at a cost of @ $700. Does anyone want to recommend a garage in the SF area for brake work? And .... do you need to purchase the pads beforehand? Thanks ......

I have a mechanic in Sunnyvale, excellent work, and no problems
with all the work he has done so far to my ML430. No major work was done it was the fact he maintained it to run smooth. I go to Sunnyvale Foreign Car Service, if you have a chance some out here, I'm sure he'll tell you what's wrong and not screw you over.
go here to find you mechanic:

Iron Man...which dealer did you bring your ML to? I'll make sure I don't mind my ML500 there for B service and brake job. Thanks!

USF ….. I bring my 500 to Autobahn Motors in Belmont. I actually have no big complaints. They’ve taken care of a few things for free including a broken cup holder that the kids broke and a rear wiper assembly that was cracked. My only disappointment is a replacement side mirror that has been MIA for @ 2 weeks ( they say it been ordered but stuck somewhere in Germany ) and a rear latch assembly that had been replaced but now sticks ( I will have it looked at when I go in for the side mirror ). I even got a Benz loaner for the B service as opposed to a Monte Carlo for my A service. I only asked for recommendations on independent garages specifically for brake pads. So far I’ve gotten a quote for @ $450 … I’m still shopping …..
