rough ride on the back

just got ML320 2001.. the ride is quite bumpy if seating on the back seat.. thinking of replacing rear shocks and also putting H&R / eibach spring to reduce the bumpy and lower down the rear end.

any suggestion what shocks to go? and whether putting H&R / eibach spring will make the ride better?

ML 320
If you have a bumpy / rough ride I would definitly look into replacing rear shocks, also have your springs checked because I have seen them brake.

so far the spring is still okay, but agree on the shocks ,considering the car is already over 8yrs old ya better replace ya.

want to lower it a bit too, anyone tried H&R spring on ML? any comment or recommendation?
