New Navigation Disk does not work...?
Hello Guys,

Would anyone know why the new nav DVD pops this message after initially displaying the DVD home screen?

Any tips are welcome...

When you say new disc did it come from a dealer? Or did it come from E Bay?? If from a dealer take it back if from any unauthorized source you just lost a few bucks.

They came from the dealer...I paid over $200 for the single DVD. I will return it this weekend. Just thought maybe it is my head unit if others have had similar issues.

While you are here try to get them to load the new disc. This way you will be certain it is OK and the correct disc.They should not charge you for this.
