I have the MAF part but can someone please tell me how to replace it and where it is located. Thank you.

In the pic below (from my 500, but believe same for 430), the MAF is part of that long tube at left. It's the piece between the two circular clamps. Undo clamps, take old one out, put new one in-line and you're done. I believe the MAF itself is held by a couple torx screws

To start, why are you replacing the MAF? Is there an indication from the vehicle or an independent source that it needs to be replaced? The reason I ask is because it's unlikely you'll "see dirt" on the MAF primary element. Usually, a Check Engine Light is an indication but not a definite clue. You'll have to have the code(s) for the CEL extracted to tell if the problem is truly a faulty MAF. You don't want to replace it just like an air filter. So what's the problem?

Just replaced mine and I said the same thing, it didn't "look" dirty or worn but it was definitely bad, a new one made a huge difference in the way it ran and it was a simple replacement. Good luck!
