This there any possible way my car would shut off while slowing down or stopping due to low transmission fuel or needing a tune up? Is running real bad and now starting to jerk when is does pick up speed. If I stop at a light cut my car off and then turn it back on it will drive normal if I don't it will either die out or drive very slow for a few seconds then slowly pick up speed and jerk a little.... I bought it not to long ago and the check engine light was on and when I start it, it has 2 tools lit up that say -10800... I know I can't get it fixed on here but would really like some info before I take it somewhere and they treat me like a dumb young blond and rob me lol.

It sounds like a crank postion sensor. The10800 is how over due the service is.
