Does any one know if the OEM wheels from an 2008 AMG ML63 would fit with the correct offset on a 1998 ML320?

These are the wheels:



They have a +46 offset.

I am also going to be lowering my ML320 so I need the wheels to either sit flush or tuck a bit.

No I never ended up buying them, the seller wouldn't move on his price.
