screeching noise when accelerating

screeching noise when accelerating
So I have two issues.
1. Screeching noise when I accelerate, it doesn't happen always just random and if I let off of the gas it goes away.
2. Sometimes when after I shift from Park to Drive / Reverse I hear a single clank sound.
What I've found on the forum that may be my problem.
1. rear driveshaft hanger bearing
but I should change my fluid in the transfer case first.
Anyone have a DIY on either of these?
As for #2, I haven't an answer, just some people talking about similar issues.
