Help needed burning smell in my ML350

Hello all, after driving my 2006 ML350 to 7/11 two miles away, I noticed some smoke coming out of the hood, when I drove it back home and got out of the car to check I could smell something burning under the hood, I opened it up to check an nothing was coming out of there. I checked the temp and it was between (80F - 90F) which I think was normal. I shut down the engine and got under the car suddenly I noticed the smoke coming out from the front fog light on the passenger side.

I have around 72K miles on my ML350 and recently done a service B, and the guy at the dealership said everything looked good.

Anyone can help me in explaining what is going on ? is it serious ? PLEASE HELP

You are on the wrong forum. You should be on the W164 forum, but here are the directions to remove the for lamp. Pry the cover off with a plastic pry tool and see if the connector, the lamp or both have burned.
