Just got an ML and I don't know if this has been posted before or just happens to me, but I just wanted to find out if all you ML peeps hear a sound (humming or fan like sound, maybe coming from dash area) after you turn off the engine?

That's normal. There's injector cooling and coolant recirculation - notice that the engine's pretty hot when you shut her off. This cooling lasts for exactly 10minutes and all's fine sfter that. Otherwise the tips of your injectors will char off in time.

Mine does it too.....I guess its normal....I just live with it!! As long as she doesn't blow up, I'm happy!!
