Rear hatch lock problem
The rear hatch door does not lock anymore when I just press the lock button in the car or on the key fob. However, if I manually lock the door using the latch/lock mounted on the inside of the door, it will lock. Has anyone else had this problem? What might be the cause of the problem...what do I need to replace to fix it? thanks!

rear hatch
Had same problem, it was described to me by dealer as an actuator in the rear hatch that needed to be replaced. It was covered under my starmark warranty at 94K.

Checked invoice, no price listed. They did replace the actuator in under one hour however, so the labor cannot be that bad.
