yes but it also uses the buttons that hold in the bonnet's(hood) insulation

May I ask where and how much? I tried a few sites but was able to find one with the clear shield available for 2005 ML 350.

This was on a vacation to West Virginia several years ago. I sold the '99 and now have an '03. My little nephew was so excited we were doing this in a Benz. I had to stop in the stream, let him unbuckle and look outside so he could see. Great memory! Great Benz!
