CD Changer is skipping on my ML350.

CD Changer is skipping on my ML350.
Just got my ML350 with the regular audio and CD Changer option.
Very happy with the car but the changer skips on every other bump. I know that ML has a relatively firm ride but Im' not sure that CD Changer should behave that way.
Any suggestions?
