Please tell me what these diagnostic codes are.
Can someone please tell me what the diagnostic codes are for PO 130 bank 1 sensor 1 and PO 150 bank 2 circuit 2 sensor 1. I have a 2001 ML 430 and the power door locks and overhead computer do not work. Thank you for your help!

First check fuse #19 in the underhood fuse box. I doubt if it is bad because you would have gotten additional codes, but check it anyway.
Then you will have to check both upstream O2 sensor harnesses for damage. If there is damage to one harness it will effect the other O2 sensor as the wires to both O2 sensors are interconnected. Look at the diagram to note that the White wire and the Blue/White wire are interconnected.
The codes show that there is an electrical short with both O2's, so check both harnesses carefully. It is doubtful that both O2's failed at the same time, so just don't jump into buying 2 O2 sensors.
Here are a few hand tests you should conduct:
1. With the key off disconnect both connectors from the O2's.
2. With the key off, with a test light or DVOM, check to see that there is no voltage at the Red/Grn wire.
3. With the key in the on position, conduct the same test to see that there is voltage at the Red/Grn wire.
4. With the key off conduct a continuity to ground test at the White wire on one and the Blue/White wire on the other. There should be no ground.

Do you think that the short could be causing the overhead computer and power door locks to fail? When you said check the harnesses is that the hand test you were talking about? Where do I find the connectors? Where can I find the O2 sensors? Thank you.

I supplied you with diagrams and arrows indicating where the O2 sensors and harnesses are. Did you open them and look? What more can I do short of hiring a videographer?
