looking for DIY on (w163 .430) heater core....
Leaking coolant reservoir. coolant migration down firewall - behind heat shields ...

Merc parts rep was doubtful heater core was leaking.
relayed that she has never sold a heater core for a 163.
My parts rep is amazing .....

she has sold a couple of aluminum/ block coupling assemblies that are up above the evaporator unit in the passenger compartment mounted to the firewall...
