kwg356:
I got the material from a carpet shop here. As far as the smell issue, i have put it on the car for 7 months and i didn't smell anything bad so far...hopefully I won't smell anything bad

For cargo area, I also put it but personally i think i didn't instally it quite perfect for the rear seat area. Hopefully, you can see it clear.

Sorry...that's bad.

Reminds me of a grandmother putting vinyl covers on the sofa. You can't enjoy sitting on it, but it sure looks like new when you die!

Unless you live on a farm and drag mud in continuously, I think the solution is worse than the problem.

I have a large dog - and yes sometimes he's muddy.
Most of the time he just plain sheds - these covers are
a possible solution to my problems.

kwg356: well, if u plan to put only in the cargo area, the installation is very easy. From my experience, the cargo area is the easiest are to put.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that one of the reasons I install in the cargo area is because I usually once in every one or two months i need to fill water for my drinking water. So, this way i dun need to worry if the water spill on the floor

THX KZ,

Could you tell me more how you "installed" the covers?
How did you attach them?

I have a great cover in my Jeep, but can't seem to find a like product to the ML.
When I took our Jeep to the 4 Corners for 3 weeks of camping w/ our dog we really trashed out the Jeep,
But since we had the seats and cargo area covered it was a simple matter of taking it out,
washing it and presto a clear SUV.

The cover I have in the Jeep slips over the seats and drapes all the way to the cargo area.
The cover also protects the sides of the cargo area; it is suspended from the cargo window sills and velcroed to the rear of the cargo sill.
The cover is cut to fits perfectly and allows the rear split seat to fold separate. I’d like to duplicate this in the ML.
