ML 430 won't start

Some event must have happened to make these keys non functional. Did you attempt a jump start of the battery or anything of that nature?
Do the regular keys at least open and close the door locks?

So what you are saying is the key worked to start the truck and turn it off and then the next time you tried to start it, it didn't. Is that correct? Explain.
Try and be a little more wordy.
Insert each regular key into the ignition and turn it to pos. #2 and look at the LED light. A good key will make the light blink once.
