ML as an offroad vehicle?

Like the title said, is an ML a decent offroad vehicle? I'm not looking to go to Moab or anything, but I'm thinking about a trip to Alaska. And possibly some back road scenery route. Can an ML CDI handle that task? Thnaks

You're looking at the W163 ML made from 1998-2005? You want to drive to Alaska? What market/ location are you in? They never sold ML CDIs in North America for this body style. They did make the CDI version for the North American market of the newer styles (2007+).

My 1990 190E could handle that task.
