Hi, I am the new owner of a used 2005 ML350. I looked under the car and see no undercarriage cover, and I am wondering if it's missing. Can someone confirm that it either is missing or does not exist?

Since the alternator is low enough on the engine I am afraid that driving without this cover in the rain is going to kill my alternator, which just died and got replaced a few days ago.

Not all ML models came with this cover. My ML320 does not have the cover but my ML500 does.
