2000 ML430 Passenger Seat not working...
So my passenger seat has stopped working. I checked the fuses, and they're good. I've heard they are really finicky if something is blocking it.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Does the heater switch illuminate when you press it? If it doesn't then it could be the switch or the EAM (Extended Activities Module) which controls the heated seats. If it does illuminate then ▼▼▼
It is not a fuse issue because Fuse #8 supplies voltage/current to both seats. The only thing you can do is unbolt the seat, tilt it and access the two relays (stage 1 and stage 2) which are side by side. Check to see that the connectors to both relays are in place.
If so you will have to buy one relay from the dealer and with the key out of the ignition, swap one relay at a time and see if the system works.
