Hi there,

When I got out of my car last night (2001 ML 320) I noticed that one of those three black buttons on the three quarter window is missing It's the one where the window comes out the furthest. The window still goes out and comes back in, so everything seems to be ok with the motor. However I can pull the window open with my hands now and the whole thing seem a little loose.
Has anybody ever had anything like that happen? Can I get a replacement button somewhere? I've tried searching for one online but had no luck...

Thank you for your reply. I circled the part that's missing. #18 might be missing as well but I'm not sure (it might all be one piece )

 

That button is part of kit #14 so you have to buy the entire kit.

 

Is there a place I can find the kit? I tried a google search but nothing came up
