help with seat swap
Hey everybody. I picked up a nice pair of seats (2001 w163) today for a song and was hoping to drop them into a non-mercedes project. Problem is...how in the world do I wire these things up?? The seats are missing the trim pieces and switches but I found some pretty cheap. The seats do have the control modules, motors, and everything else appears to be good. Does anyone know what all I would need to make this swap happen. I'm not concerned about physically putting them in the project, that's simple. The wiring is concerning me. I would like to keep the original switches, and I don't really care about the heated seats. I just need it to move front back and so on. I think the seats are not the ones with the position memory...but I could be wrong (without the switches I don't know how to tell).
