ML320 Model, Left Signal Light Issues

ML320 Model, Left Signal Light Issues
Hello,
I'm a new user on this forum. I've owned my SUV (ML320, Year 2000) for couple months now. Just recently this Morning when I was driving I had no issues with it.
I just got a Car Wash + Detail. When I finished and hit the road, I noticed that my "Left Signal Light" Wasn't flashing or making that click,click,click sound. But my Right Signal Lights were working just fine.
I pulled over and turn off my Car thinking maybe if I just restart it, it would work. It worked for light a 2 Clicks, and then it turned off. Trying my Right Signal and it still works. I turned on my Left Signal, got out of the Car to see if it is on or not despite it not showing up inside the car. But it still isn't on.
My Emergency Lights Turn on Both my Left and Right Signals just fine and it Click/Flicks normally. (Inside and Outside of the Car)
I'm only having issues when I try to use the Left Signal. It's really annoying and not very safe. Dealers around me are closed as well as other auto mechanics around my area. Though I don't really have a trusted one at the moment. Everyone over charges me or throws something at me that doesn't need to be fixed and I pay heaps
Hoping I can find some help here. I am a new driver, and this is my first owned car. So excuse for my lack of knowledge of cars. I don't know proper terms or anything yet!

ML 320, CLK 280
Had exactly the same problem, just replaced the relay in the fuse box, cheap item, same relay as the horn and right flasher. Try replacing it with the horn flasher first to confirm it is a relay problem. Can do without the horn while you drive to the autoparts shop for the relay. AUS$9, probably cheaper in US.
