ML430 Bypass A/C help
Does anyone know a size/part number for a serpentine belt that can be used to bypass the a/c compressor on a 1999 ML430? If not, is there a bypass pulley available? (have not been able to find either, but, have "heard" they both exist!)

Hi everyone, probably won't be much help to anyone else, but, I did find the answer to this question, so thought I'd post.
Called the local dealer (should have done this earlier), the parts person did not know anything about a smaller belt spec or a bypass pulley. However, he went the extra step and talked to a tech and the tech went above and beyond to provide me with both a MB partnumber belt and a belt size. They did not have the belt, but I was able to go to AdvanceAuto and bought a really nice belt, the correct size and it actually works! So, without further ado, here is the MB part number and the metric belt size:
MB: 011-997-9692
Size: 20 x 2315 ( this is mm, but it is basically a standard belt that is approximately 92" in length.)
