Ml320 2002 shifting problem
I have my ml 320 and right now is not shifting normally. The revs go up ant it took a while to change gear to another. Also sometimes I am in a red light for example and whe I start driving it not begin in first gear, as normal, it has no power and maybe it starts maybe in 3rd gear and do not allow me to manually put it on 4, 3, 2, or 1 gear. Only D appear on panel. It also does it while driving normally. Only resets when I power off and restart the car.

Your ml320 engine is driving on a safe mode. Maybe you need a new catalytic converter. That's what just happened to my 2002 ml 320. It would only run 20 mph. So I replaced the cat and now it runs back to normal.
