1999 ML320
Please help!!!
The battery on my 1999 ML320 is completely dead after the truck sits overnight.
However, when I am driving during the day the truck starts every time, but when it sits overnight the battery drains completely out (dead). I just replace my alternator and battery about (3) months ago, do think its the voltage regulator causing the problem? Please can anyone help me!! Thanks.

I don't think it's the voltage regulator. You have a short circuit somewhere. Is anything plugged into the 12 V sockets? If you have a multimeter, you can remove each fuse and put the ammeter between the contacts to determine which circuit has the drain. If you don't have one, borrowing or buying one will be cheaper than paying an auto electrician to find the cause.

1999 ML320 battery draining overnight!!
I would like to thank you for your advice. I pulled every fuse w/ mutimeter just like you said, but nothing showed that it was draining my battery. Please if you have any other thought of what it might be please let me know. When my truck sits overnight its completely dead in the morning..

I stand corrected.
I suggest you study this wiring diagram, and systematically check the components on circuit 30, which is hot even when the car is switched off. Perhaps one of your relays is faulty, or a module has a short circuit inside.
