ML 320 engine shaking

ML 320 engine shaking
Hello
I replaced the engine 168000 miles because of the engine 1-st piston ring broke. Now the engine is shaking sometimes, not always, like when taking off from a stop position.
I replaced the sparks coils, didn't fix the shake. I took it to some European engine shop, they looked and fussed around not to touch it.
I think it is the vacuum system or something to do with sensors.
Time ago i had to change the gas pump, and installed a aftermarket one (could that be the problem??)
Friend of my suggested that is clean the intake with all the galleries (now to cold in Michigan to work on it).
This is a spear car, but love the flexibility and maneuverability of this car.
Any idea that i can try on this issue?

Scan the car with a pro level scanner & post the codes. There are many reasons that can make your idling rough.....Fixing the car by guessing is an expensive venture.....Scan the car ,get the codes.....At least you will have a direction....
