99 ml430 fuel filter upgrade?

99 ml430 fuel filter upgrade?
Hi,
I am having rough idleing when I come to a stop, the other day I got the CEL and flashing gas indicator light. I read the codes, P0455, P0100, P0130. After that I put about 8 gallons of 93 octane in the tank, I normally run mid grade, and clesred the codes. I am still having rough ideling. I want to know of an easy way to see if I need the filter upgrade, with the new lines, or if I can just replace the fuel filter. The last 6 of my VIN are 102667.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
