Greetings all, I recently purchased a 2004 ML500 with a V-8 from the original owner, got 80,000 miles on it. I just noticed a coolant leak near the bottom hose going into the engine or the water pump, I replaced the clamp and the leak stopped but has returned ? Any suggestions of what ails this beautiful machine ?

Clean the area properly & find out exactly were the leak is. Or your hose is damaged or the water pump is leaking from the gasket or seals. Clean the area, start the car & observe.
