Is there any "trick" to getting the front brake calipers off the disc? I've removed the two bolts on the backside bolting the caliper to the hub, and there doesn't seem to be any thing else holding them on. They move a little, but I can't get them off.

The caliper may be stuck on your disc.
Try pushing in the piston with chanel locks.
