1999 Mecedes ML430
Need help please
Bought a 1999 ML430 2 months ago and I've been trying to get the power door locks and power windows on the driver side to work. When I first got it all the power windows didn't work until I replaced the central control unit then both passenger side windows worked but not the drivers side.
I thought it was the power window motors and replaced them and even a new central control unit and it still doesn't work. I'm out if ideas. Any help would be great.
Also my power door lock was doing the machine gun action when I got it and the drivers side door was not locking, so I replaced the front driver side powerdoors actuator and got it to lock and unlock normal for a day, then it started doing the machine gun action were when you press the lock button on the control unit it unlock then locks again by itself. All locked goes up and down and even tail gate locks and unlock too so I'm out of ideas on this one too.
I notice the fuel door actuator wasn't working too so I bought a new one and replaced it but no luck with door locks. Can it be the AAM that is causing all my headache? Also my remote is not working and the battery has been replace and I can't get it sync. Hope someone can help me.
