Im trying to see why my check light is on but when i plug the scanner it gives me a error "saying cant communicate" and at that same time my radio stop working it doesnt want to turn on but at night the lights go on around the radio like the cd radio navi tel ico i can see light. HELP ME PLS

Have you ever thought of checking the fuses?

Check fuses 10 and 21 in the underhood fuse box.
