ML 430 with p0442. then p0130!!

hello folks. this is my 1st post. i have had a code for p0442 for past few weeks. yesterday i changed the passenger side valve cover gasket and spark plugs on that side as well. drove it around last night and i get an additional code for p0130. my scanner says its an o2 sensor in bank 1. could the p0442 (small vacuum leak code) have set the p0130 code??

Code P0442 is not for a vacuum leak. It is for a leak in the Evaporative System, which is one of the hoses that carry the fumes from the gas tank to the eng. has a small hole/crack in it.

Small leaks can only be found by testing it with a smoke machine.

Thanks. I'll check it out this week. It started misfiring a little bit on cylinders 1, 3, and 4. Probably because of one of those problems.
