Ok let me start with I backed my car up the other day and when I put it in drive it wouldn't go forward nor backward , problem is that the engine does not react my me giving it gas with the pedal or at the cable under the hood.
After reading my code it said P0120 so I replaced the throttle/ pedal position sensor reset my codes but I am still net getting a response from the engine.

Any suggestions ?

What make scanner are you using? Does it show you live data?

I have a bluethooth OBD II plug in and use Torque on my phone.
and yes it can read live data

I have no idea what live data you scanner shows, but warm the truck up to operating temp. and compare the readings to the chart below, concentrating on the Pedal Value and Throttle Values.
