Hood Struts
I am wondering if it is a difficult project to change the hood struts on my 03 ML 500? As I was under the hood Friday and the hood fell on me while I was at the Mercedes dealership, and my service guy said it was the hood struts. But I am mad at them and don't want to pay them to fix my car right now, so I am hoping it is easy for me to replace them.

Here are the instructions. With a pocket screwdriver pry out the spring clip just enough to remove the strut. No need to pry the clip on installation, just snap it on.
