ML320 2000 year wiper sensitivity?
I thought I read in the manual that this model has speed sensitive wipers ? Is this correct ?
Any way of verifying that it is working correctly?
I haven't paid attention to it, but recently drove a C240 and suddenly recognized that its wipers was automatically speeding up/down depending on rain and speed.
Is the ML320 supposed to do the same?

Not true...
My 00 ML320 has the rain sensing viper feature listed in one of its convinience package.
I think, its the M5 package that had the electrically folding mirrors, rain sensing vipers, safety box & photochromic mirrors in it.

yup if you have a convinience pkg on your 2000 Ml you have a speed sensor wiper. NOTE: not the rain sensing wiper like the '02 and newer. again just the intermitent wiper that will speed up once you go faster.

The 00 ML does not sense the rain, only speed.
and for c240, i'm not sure but if you have C2 pkg you might have it. I have it in my 03 c320. if you hav eyour brochure, that will explain it or even www.mbusa.com view the brochure.
