I'm in the process of buying a 99 ml430 but in an attempt of Checking fuse 44 for the AC, broke one of the tabs. How do you open or unlatch the fuse box. Pull from top or bottom and how many latches? I saw torq screws as well. Need help please.

 

You are supposed to pull up on the two tabs and then press them outward.
