Stuck gear temp
98 ml320

When first go its like im stuck in 1st , my rpms keep going up no matter my speed. After driving about 5-7 mins (timed it) at the next stop i make the car then drives normal, i had the transmission module replaced, oh also check engine light on and the auto zone guy said transimmsion error for the part i just replace...any ideas?
