What does MB Dealer do with a A or B service ?

What does MB Dealer do with a A or B service ?
Does any one here know what MB dealer does when we bring the car back for a A or B Service ? Could they be the DIYs or will be done with complicated tasks ??

What it amounts to is a look over of your entire vehicle and that gives them the opportunity to sell you other things that will scare you but you really don't need.

Only go to a Mercedes dealer if you have something majorly wrong and can't figure out the issue. For simple maintenance either do it yourself or have any indy mechanic do it. Mercedes A and B services is a complete waste of money.
