A/C Compressor Not Engaging

A/C Compressor Not Engaging
2002 Mercedes ML-350 with single climate control (No LCD Display)
Replaced AC Compressor, Temperature/Pressure Switch, expansion valve and added correct amount of freon using a professional RRR Machine.
1) The compressor is a constant compressor and does not indicate being on/off just by looking at it.
2) Compressor is not working unless I hot wire it to come on. When hot wired it works great and gets real cold, but the pressures are definitely not normal. Checked fuses and relays, but at a loss.....
Static H-120 / L-120
On (Bypassed) L- Turns to 125-130!!
Please Help!!! Genisis EVO Code reader is coming back with a bad compressor code and am able to clear it..... But it keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
